How to Qualify for Free Shipping

Our free shipping promotion covers economy ground shipping and freight terminal pickup shipments to the lower 48 U.S. states on orders over $95. 

Freight Shipping

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it may shipped via LTL Freight. At checkout, you’ll be asked to select your preferred freight shipping method:

  • Commercial Delivery: select this option if you have a commercial address, such as a business, with a loading dock or equipment to unload the freight from the truck. Residential addresses are not accepted for this option.
  • Freight Terminal Pickup: select this option if you’d prefer to pickup your order from the local freight terminal. The freight carrier will call you when it arrives and is ready for pickup.
  • Residential Delivery: select one of the Residential Delivery options if you’d like your shipment delivered directly to your home. The carrier will set up a delivery appointment to ensure you’re available to accept the shipment. This is a curbside service and you will be responsible for moving the items up to/into your home.
Returns

All products must be returned in its original condition. No product will be accepted for a return if it has been drawn on, carved, cut, or any other work done to alter it. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Custom work is Non-Refundable. If you choose to have any level of finishing done prior to shipping, the slabs and custom work fees are non-refundable as soon as work starts. We do understand that sometimes things change and will review each case individually in hopes of being able to help. Please note: if we do reach an agreement on an exchange, even once custom work has been completed, the custom work is still non-refundable.

If for some reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the issues and we will do what we can to fix the problem. Any item returned, must be in its original condition, and items altered in any way will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. A 20% restocking/reprocessing fee applies to all returns, with a minimum fee of $25.00. Buyer pays shipping both ways on returns.
